    葡萄干司康

    做这款甜点之前,我并不知司康饼(Scome)是啥东西。就是一个人在家没意思想做点甜点,又觉得很累不想打发蛋啊黄油之类的,就找到了这个方子,很简单,一边看电视一边就做好了。正宗的司康饼应该是三角的,可是我觉得不可爱,就做了这款骨头的,其实还有小人的,正在烤呢。

    食物比照片好看很多,真的!
    虽然已经很晚了,可我还是忍不住做了小白鼠,不错,挺好吃的。就是我减了糖量不晓得BF会不会觉得不够甜。
    但是完全没影响酥度(因为糖对酥有影响),可能是因为黄油没打发的原因。
    再来一张图(我实在不咋会拍哦)
    上方子,来自《从零开始学烘焙》-文怡
    蔓越莓30g  朗姆酒30ml  黄油30g  低筋面粉125g  泡打粉4g  盐1g  细砂糖30g  牛奶55g  蛋黄1个(刷表面用)
    1蔓越莓提前用朗姆酒泡6-12个小时泡软,黄油软化
    2低筋面粉、泡打粉、盐混合过筛,加入牛奶、蔓越莓、牛奶细砂糖混合
    3面团擀成1cm的面皮,用喜欢的模具弄成形状
    4烤箱预热180度,中层20分左右
    家里的蔓越莓不够了,我换成了葡萄干。瞧这好好的方子让我给改的。O(∩_∩)O
