面饼:
高筋面粉70g 低筋面粉30g 橄榄油6g 水65g 干酵母、盐各1g
馅料:
1、自制pizza酱(棒极了,配意大利面也超级好吃,某人可以吃两大盘),改天我再说咋做哈
2、金枪鱼罐头(水浸的,我买哦马来西亚产的)、火腿、培根、甜椒
3、马苏里拉芝士(我买的刨好饿那种,直接以撒就行了)
第一层放酱,然后就那么一层一层的扑就可以啦
烤箱中层 200度 20分
一直在做饼干、蛋糕,pizza还是第一次,ms不错,弄上来玩玩。呵呵~~
俺就稀罕那芝士能抻出丝儿来
